At first I only want to say that Shop at there is really best way to kill time , exercise patient and enjoy the perfect no respond even thought he has read your mail. Your shop, your choice.

And the seller even didn`t say a sorry to me! Maybe that is his way to deal with business. “Good” and “Polite” Seller

I have shopped online for a long time but this time is really terrible.

On Aguest 14 2008, I want to a PSP 2000 to play and want GOD of War very much, so I find rivalinteractivity`s shop. That night I send three mails to him/she to ask for help because I can`t pay by paypal. Maybe cause by I am in Austrilia. All of the mail are replayed in 1 hour. It looks very good but it was only a start of nightmare~

With the help of seller I successed to send money to him in final. Then I am waiting at home, waiting for palying my games. After 5 days later (19 Aug 2008), I still didn`t receive my PSP 2000 or any email to tell me that he has shipped out already. I want to ask the seller and at that time I receiver a letter from seller, just tell me God of War have been sold out whether I like to change other one~~~ I am angry, why you tell me to change it in 5 days later not when I am buying! Then I ask him to return my money back immeditately, so I can buy my PSP 2000 in some where else I want to play. At that day I have send seller 3 mails by ebay, but only one mail got respond. He changed so fast which didn`t like the moment he is selling products to me. That is almost the last mail he sent to me.

Then I agree with the dispute and start to wait again. In that time seller didn`t reply my mail at all. You may see I have send how many mail to seller to ask my money back. I want to play. You are not bank why you hold my money.

In the end he only reply me one email to tell me that “Sorry, about that, i was under the assuption that my business partner already did your refund, i have sent him another eamail and left him a message also, you you will see your refund in the next day or two at the latest, thank you”.

The date of that mail is 23 Aug 2008 (10 days already,since I paid for it.) When I see it I think maybe I can by a new PSP 2000 next week. But I have waited for 4 days, no refund at all. And he also didn`t reply my email at all and I make call to him also no responds. I have no choice only get help from eBay to report I didn`t receive the refund.

That day is 26 Agu 2008. And now I am never dream to buy a PSP , just want to get my money back at least 200 dallors (Paypal Protect). Seller still didn`t reply it until the 28 Aug 2008, I got email from paypal to say the refund is pending~~~ I have cost 14 days on it and maybe lost a part of my money. I don`t know how much did he refund. But I will wait.

Today, seller replyed my email so fast, as fast as he selling products to me.  The replay as follows

Dear yuerzx,

you will get your full refund of the money you paid us, you need to pay us a credit of $17.98

These two email at the same time send to me.

Dear yuerzx,

Now please close the dispute, i have processed your refund, thank you

And now I really need to say thanks to him, thanks for he waste my 3 weeeks time and $17.98. So I reply him as follows

Dear rivalinteractivity,Thank you so much. You waste me 3 weeks and 17.98 dollars. I really need to “Thank you”.

The paypal dispute have been closed in yesterday already.

Oh my god~~I really don`t need to think the seller is good enough to refund to me. Today I got the letter from Paypal. What is the fu  cking is he doing!!! He is cheating me. The letter as follows
